Is the preview really free?
Yes, and no card is needed. It's the full video with a "preview" watermark across it. You pay only if you claim it.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what to change and we redo it once. If it still isn't right, you don't pay, and if you paid up front, we refund you in full.
Does it change how the place looks?
No. The camera moves over each photo; we don't add furniture, views or features. If a clip doesn't look true to the photo, we cut it.
How do I claim my video?
Use the claim button on your preview page, or reply to the preview email. Once you've paid, we send both shapes without the watermark.
Is the voice a real person?
No. It's a natural-sounding AI voice, with music under it. Tell us if you'd like a male or a female voice, or a different tone.
Can the video go on my Airbnb listing?
Airbnb listings take photos only, so no. Hosts use it on their own booking site, on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, on YouTube, and in messages to guests. Where VRBO or Booking.com take video, you can add it there too.
Whose photos can I send?
Your own listing's photos, or ones you have permission to use. If a photographer took them, check that your license covers marketing videos.
Who owns the video?
Once you've claimed it, it's yours to use for marketing the property, anywhere and as often as you like.
What does the voiceover say?
A short script written from your listing: the rooms, the pool or the view, what's nearby. Only what your listing shows or says.
Can it end with my booking site?
Yes. Add your booking site, or your company name and phone number, on the form and it goes on the closing card.
I manage several homes. Can I send them all?
Yes. The five-property pack is $499. Each home gets its own preview first; you pay when you claim the first one, then send the other four whenever you're ready.
Which links work?
Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or your own booking site. If your photos live somewhere else, reply to our email with them.
What do you do with my email?
We use it to send your preview and a short follow-up or two about it. Reply "stop" at any time and we won't write again.
How long is it?
Usually 45 to 75 seconds, depending on how much the listing has to show. Long enough to walk through the stay, short enough to watch to the end.
